Step 1: Initial Consultation
The first step to dealing with your hair loss is to speak to an expert. We understand how difficult it may be to take that initial step in taking action against hair loss. For that reason, we offer several convenient ways to speak to one of our in-house experts about the solutions we can provide for each individual situation.
The main objective of a consultation is for us to understand the type of hair loss you’re dealing with. Also to get a general idea of your lifestyle, work environment, body chemistry, etc. This information will first determine if we can provide an effective solution. It will also help us provide various options according to your specific day to day routine.
Although a consultation is not necessarily needed, if you are dealing with hair loss and have some un answered questions and wish to speak to a professional, we encourage you to schedule a consultation. Select a consultation method you are comfortable with via facetime, phone call , or in-person visit. The cost of your consultation goes towards the cost of your appointment.
Step 2: Customization & System Selection
Based on the evaluation, we will recommend a hair replacement system that best suits your needs.
We will discuss and recommend the best hair style based on the type of system you choose.
We will then recommend various attachment methods (e.g., adhesive or tape) and help the client choose the one that best suits their lifestyle and comfort level.
Step 4: Fitting & Application
We will determine a hairline that is flattering and age appropriate. .
After determining the hairline we will begin by removing and cleaning the area where we will attach the piece.
We will then apply the bonding method we have chosen to use (tape or glue) to the scalp & piece.
We will then apply the piece and demonstrate the application process, explaining each step to the client.
We will make sure the piece is securely attached and comfortable for the client.
Step 5 : Blending & Styling
After the hair system is applied, our specialist blends the replacement hair with the client’s natural hair to achieve a seamless and natural appearance.
Our specialist will then help the client style the hair system according to their preferences.
Step 6 : Maintenance & Care

Our specialist provides detailed maintenance and care instructions to the client following the appointment.

They explain how often the client should remove and reapply the hair system to maintain its quality and appearance.

Step 7 : Follow Up Appointments
We recommend booking a follow up appointment no more than 2 weeks after your initial fitting.
At your follow-up appointment we will address any issues or concerns you may have.
During these appointments, the hair specialist may reapply the hair system, trim it if necessary, and address any concerns or questions the client has.

What is a Hair Unit/Man Weave?
A hair unit, popularly known as a man weave, is a cutting-edge hair restoration piece that offers a non-invasive solution to hair loss due to balding, thinning, or other related conditions. These units are meticulously crafted using either high-quality human hair or premium synthetic fibers, allowing for a seamless and natural appearance that blends indistinguishably with your own hair.
How long will it last?
In most cases depending of the maintenance our hair systems can last up to year and half. They are reusable and durable so depending on how often you wear it, they could last longer. The reason why our hair systems last over a year is because our man units are ventilated and double knotted with 100% Human Hair on top of French or Swiss lace. We also sell and use the best adhesive on the market to secure the hair system.
Should you get a haircut?
Consultations do not require a haircut. To achieve the desired look with our special systems your hair will need to be grown out for our top units, but if you’re bald we have full head systems. Keep in mind some out units require hair growth on the sides and back to achieve the look you desire. Once you have the appointment we will then cut your hair according to the look and style best suited. However, the procedure does require the crown area to be cut bald before installing the system.
What is the cost of Hair Systems?
Generally speaking, a high-quality hair system made with real human hair and constructed using advanced techniques will cost more than a synthetic hair system or one made with lower quality materials.
How long does the shipment take?
We ship every order by International Express courier, like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, RPX online etc. It will take only few days to arrive:
To European countries: Around 5-7 working days.
To USA: Around 5-7 working days.
Can you repair my existing hair system, even though it was purchased somewhere else?
If it is repairable, of course we will. Send us your hair system and we will quote you a price, which depends on its condition. Note that this service can take time so please ensure you have other hair systems available for use.
